Prince George Western Heritage Society
The PGWHS came together when 3 individuals; Kevin Cunin, Dawn Procter and Chris Scott decided to emphasize the importance of western heritage in the community of Prince George. Their first initiative was to get the ball rolling on having a rodeo event in the community.
PGWHS PURPOSE:

To provide opportunity for people of all ages to compete in the sport of rodeo.

To promote the growth and development of the sport of rodeo at all levels.

To maintain and support the western lifestyle and heritage in the community of Prince George.

To exemplify the most humane regard and treatment of all livestock.

To conduct all activities involved in rodeo with sportsmanship, fair play and positive public image.

To educate the public about the importance and benefits of western heritage in regards to the sport of rodeo.
